Padded Finish

In the industry of trade printing, a padding finish refers to the binding of a stack of sheets, by using a flexible adhesive along one edge of a stack of same-sized sheets. The adhesive secures the sheets as a unit, but allows the top sheet to be easily removed when needed.

Wire-bound Finish

Wirebound notebooks are printed as loose sheets, hole-punched and bound with a circular wire. This method is similar to coil and spiral binding.

With wire binding, the pages lay flat and can be easily turned back, making it the perfect choice for notebooks and workbooks etc.
